hey everyone, I have been out kayak fishing a few times and I'm already hooked. Hoping to get some good fishing info on this site! Also Im looking for some local kayakers to paddle out with in my area. i have only fished Trinidad once want to go back with someone that is familiar with the area. I'm also interested in fishing coast guard station for rockfish and humboldt bay for halibut. Any takers? thanks

I'm in Mendo County. I'm thinking of giving Humboldt Bay a go for halibut soon.

thanks guys!  I'm just learning to read tides and so forth.  I'm trying to go fish this weekend if anyone wants to go. i was thinking about fishing Trinidad on Saturday if the water isn't too rough. if that doesn't work i would like to fish Humboldt Bay for Halis or Coast guard Station.
