Nice video from On the Water about fishing Cape Cod for Black Sea Bass and early Spring Striped Bass. Don't mind that Yankee accent (sounded perfectly normal to me, but hey I am from south of there). Good article, showing off some old town peddle drive boats, and perfectly still waters.

I don't know why, but I think the migration on the East Coast must make them the giant hogs they turn into.
