I am moving my mother in law into a Granny Shack that I have been building in my backyard. She has to sell her place, so I am including a link to it here. If you are serious, PM me and I'll give you all the details. It is priced at $45, which is somewhat firm. We just need it gone.

We are moving here down sometime in June. Not sure if I will be able to stop by, depends on load we are hauling.
