Consumnes River Reserve hook up Sun 6...THE RESULTS!

I plan on hitting the preserve on Sunday around 6:30 AM.  Don't know what the bite is but I'm going anyway.  Who's with me?  I'll be in a dune Outback on channel 69.

Just be aware you'll have to park outside the gate on the road if you go that early. Good luck!

I have been unable to establish the time the gate opens at the Reserve so I will arrive at 7:30 AM and hope for the best.  See ya there.

The gate seems to open at random times. I have arrived there at 6am and it's open, 9am and it's closed. I have driven in the exit (yes over the thing that's supposed to ruin tires but it doesn't) many times and parked in the lot. There's quite a few people that do that.
