Hobie Vantage Ct seat Repair

Anybody have the recliner strings/mechanism on there hobie  vantage seat fail or stop reclining? My seat won't come back up after reclined. Been like that for awhile now. Needs to get fix asap. If anyone has any tips how to fix let me kno. Thanks

what year is it? Maybe hobie will still warranty it if recent. I had my 2016 inflatable pump replaced after failing

I had one of the elastic bands in the seat snap on my Revo. I opened up it up and use 3 zip ties to reconnect it. Used it for a year after w/o any problems.

Mine has been having issues.  Going to take apart and see what’s going on.  Thanks for the info on what to look for.
