Word on the water was that things have slowed down some at mendo. We ran into the CSBA winner at the boat launch. She had a striper over 14#s today and 2 others around 10#s. About 1pm the wind picked up and we headed off the water. We caught plenty of largemouth but only one striper was caught by the guy with the pornstar mustache. It was 10.10 and he caught it just after saying that he didnt like trolling and he was bored. Richmund Park tonight and Braitos/ Anderson Island tomorrow.

Mooch,
dont think that I havnt been hearing about being taken to striper school AGAIN and this time by someone who had never been to mendo.  I was feeling a bit down until we returned to C-lake for a evening ritual at "The Park". It busted loose this evening but once again nothing huge. We were planning to fish late tonight but the wind started howling and the waves were stacking up and bringing swells into the haunts. Still many victims were taken on purple jigs and day glow senkos after dark.

Brother Terry - my trash talking is just an indication of the fact that I'm jealous  that you are on a "fishing tour"  :smt002....and I'm not  :smt011

Anyway, better out there (regardless of either "fishing" or "catching") than sitting at work, reading the fishing reports  :smt009
