I've been praying and praying for a report like this.  
If the wind is down, I'm down for Moss.

The rather large swell that is currently in the forecast typically really impacts the butt bite in a BAD way.

If the weather sucks, the most protected spot is Crapitola.  Sorry, I meant Capitola.

Mocerino should be nick-named Mr. Persistent. If you want to know if anything's happening down that way watch his posts.

For anyone thinking of doing the HMB grunt it seems like good signs of bait are being spotted closer in around 30 & 38. It's still a crapshoot but if the wind eases it might be worthwhile. The boats are going farther out but they're probably whipping past a lot of the fish to get to a sure thing.
