Curious if anyone has an AKA brace they can part with like: https://westcoastsailing.net/hobie-adventure-island-aka-brace-assembly-v1/

Somehow broke the knob off that connects the brace to the kayak.  Cant seem to find individual parts to replace the end, curious if someone has an extra or a better place to buy Hobie parts, i'm not finding a good source.

Think he's referring to the other knob that attaches onto that.

The other knob... I think west cost sailing has the parts but try looking under the TI hulls parts. They appear to have the brace components available. I assume these parts are interchangeable between AI/TI. Try this one:

Thank you!  I didn't look under the TI, but ordered the brace from them.  Going to take a while though to be deliverd so looking for alternatives.  I'll see if I can add the parts to the order too then.

West Coast Sailing is a great source for Hobie parts. A while back I ordered a shark fin rudder for my AI. I also needed the plastic piece that connects the rudder to the gudgeon and that was out of stock. When I asked about that part, they offered me a used one for half the price of new, and it’s as good as new. So it might be worth asking if they have a used part, if you’re looking to save a few $s.
