Have you taken the wheels apart to see what you got in there? If they are traditional bearings, sometimes you can find replacements ridiculously cheap. Like a few bucks each for sealed ball bearings.

They are a special bearing but they are very cheap $6. Each. $24. To replace them but $21 for shipping. I'm gonna give them a call and see if they have any other shipping options other than fed ex.

  IF you don't mind one more suggestion,,,    You probably tried it already, but if not. Pull them out, blow out any sand  or grit,, rinse and blow out again.   Clean the felt etc.   Would not suggest any sort of lube, as that would only attract more sand down the road.
