Hi Everybody,

I am in search of an Sand/Beige colored Ocean Kayak Trident 15 that was lifted off the beach at Duncan's Landing in between Bodega Bay and Jenner.

 :smt010

For the past 7 years I have set crab pots out of Duncan's Landing and left my kayak on the beach for a few nights.  I left it down there sunday night and tuesday morning it was gone.  It's a small community out here and between knowing the rangers and everyone living in Carmet things are usually cool.  However, I always knew it was a risk and this is 100% my fault.

I touched base with the rangers/lifeguards and they didn't pull it off the beach, took a look on clist but didn't see it getting hawked immediately.

Anyways, it's a pretty distinct yak, rigged for a lowrance FF in the sonar hatch.  kind of beat up with one of the nylon side handles ripped off.

Any help greatly appreciated,  $ reward or half a case of good wine or whatever.  heres a couple of pics as well

Thx

Odog

I'm sorry to hear about your kayak, but holy cow... left on a beach for 3 days?  Here in west county I would be more surprised if it wasn't taken.  People suck...a lot and often  :smt011.  I'll definitely keep an eye on CL. Hope someone spots it for you.

I hope so, too.  Best of luck I know the feeling of losing stuff.   also know the feeling of getting stuff back.  I hope you get THAT feeling soon!

You mean most of California people suck and would steal it in a heartbeat.  In the past lazy thieves must have been the only ones seeing it and knowing it would be harder to transport and get out of the area.

I hope it shows back up.
