Down for our annual two weeks visit.  Rent in Mission Beach.  Last Thursday went on the San Diego out of Seaforth Landing for offshore Yellowfin Tuna.  Landed 4 to about 25#.  Kayaked off El Carmel Point a couple times.  Fished a little couple hits, none landed.  Grandkids were down for the weekends, so not much chance to fish while they were here.  Going to Demo a Hobie I11s today.  Need to replace my Outback as do not want to,climb on top of the new camper to haul it up.  9' in the sky.  Will probably buy 2.  Will post some pics of the fishing setup at Fastlane Kayak.  They made a platform of starboard that fits around and in front of the seat to attach the fishfiner, and transducer on a flexible mount.

We are on Monterey Ct.  so mostly launch next to El Carmel Point.  No fur bags here.  I normally do well on the bass here, but seems as if they are avoiding me at the moment.
