Friend cant sign up

So my friend is trying to sign up for the site and is not getting the confirmation email after he is approved. His username is: cgallivan10 thanks for the help.

He's not listed in the "Members Awaiting Approval" list.

Yea he already got approved but when he signs in it says you have to activate ur account through a validation email. And he does not get those emails.

yes he has and it is not there

Have him try re-registering with the same info and see if he receives a reply that the username is taken.

There was a recent post about the mailer being backed up after the server switch,seems to maybe be completely down now. I haven't received any emails from the site in 2+ weeks.

Try signing up with a different email service.

Yup. There be problems again.

Mail service has been restored.  It will take 3 days to flush out all the emails in the queue, as there are daily limits set on emails sent.
