Older one.  I brought it used from a fellow NCKA member a few years ago.  Works fine.  Only used it once.

There were two previous versions: 897 and 897xt. Which one is it? The 897 had an issue with the cradle not always locking in the lowered position.

Yeah that's a pain in the ass and dangerous when you are removing your kayak and the hullivator decides it wants to spring back to the top of your vehicle midway.
