Two-hook salmon rigs

Can someone point me to a link that demos how to tie two-hook salmon trolling rigs? I always use a single straight hook, but am looking to up my trolling game with two hooks. Do the hooks need to be hard tied, or can they be sliding? What's a good knot for hard-tying, etc?

The law, from memory:  if you're fishing for salmon using bait and doing anything other than trolling, you need to use a barbless circle hook, and if you use two of them they need to be hard-tied with no more than 5 inches between the eye of the upper hook and the bend of the lower hook.

The confusion about this rule causes many tackle shops down south to give bad info to anglers, as they think a traditional "mooching rig" is illegal for salmon fishing...

Many (all?...) of the top kayak salmon anglers in the state use the mooching slip rig for trolling.

I prefer hard tied over slip cuz the slip can wear on the line making it weaker on the bottom hook
