That whole boat is a hood ornament.  Check out those KC 4X4 fog lights hooked up to the bimini.  I think the story behind the pic is that someone failed metal shop and took it out on their boat.

Its not Militia enough to be montana, woulda had some kinda rifle mounts and cuddy/meth lab.  I say Idaho.  Those Almars are actually pretty nice boats, too bad they uglyfied it.
