Hawaii(Honolulu)info help

We're going to Hawaii in a month and I'd like to get a dive and or day of fishing in.id like to hookup with some locals instead of doing the whole guide thing so that way whatever we catch the family and friends can keep and enjoy versus selling to the hotels and what not
