4/16 mendo

 Inspired, I left C-lake, even managed to pass up Blue lakes, and made it to mendo about 1700.  The wind was a factor and I kept hoping it would die down some as it got dark. nope.
I stayed on the north end and chased a few birds but couldnt convince a striper or a SM to party.
 Caught 3 LMB, all in the 3-4 range, nothing that inspired a photo. I suspect that the recent mendoposse smackdown may have put the fish off the bite.  cant stop the locals

Dude!! that bites!  you'll get that dam thing one of these trips.......and when it happens ENJOY EVERY MINUTE of IT!!
