Capitola 6/1

Went out to capitola today. Mile bouy was not producing so tried the kelp beds north of the pier. Tons of medium sized rockfish... but no keeper lings or cabs. Fun time with lots of action, but even catching tons of rockfish sometimes feels like a defeat without a beast ling, cab, or but.
