North coast halibut

Not mine but...
Took a long walk near county line this morning and came across some seagulls munching on this carcass. Could have been killed by a seal as it wasn't a filleted frame ( I took this pic on the hike back and by then the gulls had really cleaned it up. When we first came across it there was a lot of meat on the carcass) From the tail width I'd say it was a 20+ lb fish.
Some surf casters we ran into had a trio of nice striped seaperch .
