Well hello,

My wife's family has a cabin a couple hours up the coast in Timber Cove.  Going up and down while building out the property I kept seeing you guys out there in the kelp beds.  So much of the best of my youth was spent fishing (Mostly fresh water) and as a younger man I enjoyed the waves, so I knew I had to get out there.  Next month I'm taking a class from Coastal Kayak Fishing.  In the meantime I'm going to mine all your shared knowledge on this site, so thank you in advance.  I hope contribute one day and be an asset up there.

Be safe.

Welcome to NCKA MW.  Many of us fish at Timber Cove and can really use an asset like you for "live" ocean condition   :smt002

Welcome to the Greatest Community of Kayak Fishermen in CA.
The spirit of generosity and Ohana/NCKA family continues to blow me away.
Come to one of the NCKA Tournaments and you will meet a lot of great
people and share kayak fishing knowledge.
Safety on the water is a big deal for all of us and you can post and follow Hookups-Members Only after I think, making 10 posts on the BCKA site.
Aloha,
da Bruddah

Thank you all! I can already tell this is a good place to be.  One of those rare places in today's world where people look out for each other. After more than 20 years in law enforcement nothing is more valuable to me.

Be safe, MW
