I watch a lot of documentaries. Climate Change, Peak Oi. GMOs. Organic Farming. That's why I love LinkTV. They show a lot of these. In fact. A Crude Awakening: The Oil Crash is on right now! :)

So I got the basa answer a few years ago.

Isn't that why we all have yaks though...so we can go get our own seafood? Can't get any more local than that. :)

This week on PBS Frontline - Paul Greenburg Eats Fish every day for a year to max out his omega 3 lipid intake.  Sure his coat was super shiny, but he had more plasma mercury than even Big Jim  :smt044

A little slow but worthwhile watching for any fish/food nerds
