Anybody have any recipes they got from Chef that they can post?  :chef:

Karen from Hook1 did an interview with Chef in one of the issues of Kayak Fisherman magazine....I have the issue somewhere...I'll see if I can find it.

Unfortunately he cooked like most great cooks...no recipe. 

He cooked me and PAL steaks in an iron skillet in baja that were SO good PAL reverted back into an animal that growled and chewed bones...scary...but it was the best steak of my life!

His fish taco sauce was epic.  His ceviche was the bomb.

Me and PAL both desperately tried to get intel on his steak rub and hewas just.."oh just a few different seasonings..nothin' special"...meanwhile we were liking the plates!
