SWS 4/10

It's been a while for me to fish in the salt.  Decided to attend my needed water therapy session last Monday at SWS.  Got there around 9am and fish til noon.  Caught an almost legal Lingcod and a nice Black.  Met a fellow kayak angler name Mason and introduced him to NCKA.   Saw a couple whales went by very close to shore.  Slow day for catching but the therapy session was great!

Think I saw Mason out there last weekend as well...at first I thought it was Zilla with the beard! 

Note: looks like a blue not a black in your pic...no biggie, we all just have to be a little more careful with the ID now with the new 3 black sub-limit...

Course, that might not even have been the nice black you caught, and just a pic of a blue you caught.
