I'll probably get there about 1:30 or so. Going to launch from the dock next to the rowing club, then paddle over toward quentin.
there should be linesides there now...at least that's what this board tells me going back into the archives

sorry for the REALLY late reply.

yes it is a public launch.  Best to bring a cart, but you can hoof the boat in.  Its about 100 yds of concrete from the parking area to the dock. It looks like you are trespassing on the marin rowing club property- but you are not.
