Thanks for the report and video Jim.  I think you missed because you aimed at the head and it turned away when you pulled the trigger.

Vacuum sealed and froze the boneless filets to send down to Bakersfield with Ana for the inlaws for Easter weekend (I have to work), and grilled the collars and belly meat for Ana and I, and baked the heads with whole garlic cloves for two lunches for me.
