I'm picking up a Thule Hullivator 887xt. I plan on putting it on top of a Yukon Denali XL (currently outfitted with factory racks).
I know nothing about these aftermarket rack systems (new to kayaking).
I've looked at Thule's website and it just isn't clear to me as to what exactly to purchase to properly accommodate the Hullivator 887xt.
Can anybody tell me what exactly to get.
**Note** there's so many options and ways to go. I'd rather purchase on Craigslist or here.  I just need to know what exactly to get.
thanks for your input!

Can you double check and make sure you're getting the correct product name and model?  Name and model sounds a little off to me.

Better yet, go to the Thule buyer's guide and it will tell you what you need.  Once you get the parts, you can ask more question or go hunting.

Basically you need the hullivator assemblies (4), the proper length cross bars (2) - long enough so the hullivators in the down position clear your mirrors - and the Thule foot that fits your model auto (set of 4)

The crossbars of course mount to the Thule foot - the Thule Foot will sit on the roof but have a flat metal hook that is custom bent to catch and tighten into the top of the door well.  On my Silverado 2500 HD I have to pull back the weather stripping and drop the flat hook under it.  It works great.  We have carried a hobie revo and tarpon 12 very long distances.  Always strapping the bow and stern down as well.  Will be replacing my tarpon with a hobie outback in the next few weeks and that will go on the hullivators as well.

Think I figured it out. Thanks i need a thule 450 with mounts to accommodate my Hullivator. Geez. I though my kayak was expensive. I've spent more on accessories, hauling and storage equipment.
I havent even got to the FF, marine radio or life vest yet..

marine radio or life vest yet..
These are far more important than any other accessories. Please prioritized these. Thanks

Just double the price of the kayak and your probably in the ballpark.
