Lowrance scupper mount

Does anyone have any experience with the Lowrance Scupper mount transducer kit? I am using a through hull set up now but would like to switch to the scupper. My other boat has a scupper mounted Humminbird which works out great. I want to install the scupper mounted transducer by lowrance on an OK T 13. Any help is appreciated. Kits are 40 bucks

You may have already solved this but I bought a used lowrance scupper mounting kit from Amazon for 24$  just put it in yesterday and am happy with the snug fit.

Keep an eye out on ebay. I've seen them for $25-30 new often. I spend about $25 making one and then saw one listed for $19.99 the day after.
