I just recently purchased a "must have" fishing tool (IMO). It's a scissor clamp with a curved tip made by Dr. Slick.

www.drslick.com

PERFECT cause it has 3 tools in one. It's small and not bulky at all.

1) it's a scissor - for cutting mono / braid
2) it has a curved tip - for removing hooks from a fish - safe and easy
3) it has an hook eye puncher - for small jig heads that have paint on the hook eye

model # SNHC55G

I ordered mine thru the California Fly Shop in San Carlos.

Sierra Trading has a good selection and good prices.
