We, the wife and I went back this weekend and dragged a few cooperative minnow close to shore. That method didn't work as well as last week, so I decided to try a "do nothing Senko" rig. Slammed myself next to shore and casted out getting a hellacious hit. Was on for a second then won that little battle. Worked around for a couple of minutes and threw the Senko back in the same diretion as the hit, then BLAM! Fish on!!! Not just a little on, one big mamma. Fought hee to shore and got her up. My biggest bass ever. 8 pounds of pissed off bass Released her to get on with the spawn. The wife got a cookie cutter bass and I nailed another 3 pounder. Wind kicked up so we went home. Great day to catch some sun and relax in the yaks
