I went to half moonbay today to try for some surfperch.  The wind was fierce and the water by shore became nasty.  I ended up at ocean beach.  Much calmer wind and water.

Any luck crabbing down at HMB?  I haven't seen any reports from down there.  In general, how is the crabbing?

I'm thinking of a Sunday trip, since the winds are predicted to be down below 10mph.

i'd say crabbing has been slower but still decent enough from the few that i've talked to more recent. generally speaking, its "pretty good". i however went out on sunday and had no keepers! waiting for the ocean to calm a down for a longer period to get back out. hopefully there is a decent break by the end of month.. anyways double check weather reports, sunday doesn't look that water friendly.

Thanks.  Grrr, I misspoke, where I meant was Moss Landing.  I'm itchin' to get out again!  Maybe it's time to refocus on the SF Bay,maybe the Delta, stripers.
