CCK San Carlos relocation/closure

Greetings NCKAers - CCK San Carlos will close its doors at this location at the end of the month. The rent structure on Brittan, now over 10K a month, is not sustainable for specialty paddle sports, nor is the physical plant due to lack of direct water access. The timing is not perfect. I was hoping to be able to move the store to an on-water location with minimal service disruption; not the case. Negotiations for such a site have been ongoing since May. If successful (still in doubt) the soonest we will be able to open is April 2017, more likely May or June. We are looking at the Port of Redwood City which will work perfectly. Updates as available.

In the meantime, I want to move as few boats and SUPs as possible to Oakland and Rancho Cordova. If you are boat/SUP shopping, or have friends who are, please send them our way. If we have what you/they might want in San Carlos, maximum savings will be realized. Accessories are also on sale with additional discounts when a boat or board is purchased. Please note - we are NOT moving product from other stores to San Carlos to put on sale. Maximum savings are realized by helping clear San Carlos stock.

I stopped by today and got a pile of O'Neill full wetsuits for my kids at 75% off-- $23 each. There is still a fair amount of inventory available.
