Phone apps

Hey guys and gals, a few months  back everybody was posting pictures using an App that made them look like they were brushed or painted. I think it was Big Jim that gave the name of the App. Was hoping somebody would remember I can't find it in the search feature and don't see much on the internet. Thanks for the help !!
