from my basic review of what's available, the best deal seems to be 2x Shimano Stradic Spinning Reel ST-2500HGFK.  if you purchase two, each one becomes $147.31, then minus the coupon + tax = approx $258 for two, or $129 each. prices per each do not drop significantly after you buy two.  that's a pretty good price for a 2500 HGFK from my research, with average ebay price being around $130-$140 but not brand new. can be cheaper if you pay with debit card or opt out of free returns, but i generally just pay the premium to use my CC or be able to have free returns in case something is wrong with it.

they also have the 4000XGFK as well. would be ~$152.xx if you buy 1, and ~$145.xx each if you buy two.

I have enough spinning reels for now so not buying one.
