Is this one at gps store the same navi chart as cabelas?

Not sure. The GPS Store model shows Nav+ Gold, Cabelas is Nav+, but didn't see it was Gold detail. Hard to see on a little mobile device screen.

Cabela's also did not charge tax for CA.  Surprising since I thought BassPro bought Cabela's and BassPro owns stores in CA.  So I guess those two companies are still two separate entities.

As for the Navionics+ chart coming with Dragonfly 7 Pro, I thought Raymarine only sells one model of Dragonfly 7 pro with Navionics+, which is E70320-NAG.  Perhaps "NAG" stands for North America Gold?  I could be completely wrong on this.  I got mine from Cabela's so I will find out when it arrives.  Any way, the list below shows all Dragonfly 7 Pro models available from the Raymarine 2016 catalog:
