Fund raiser for fellow NCKA

I am not sure how to do this, but I know that there are folks in this club that do know how.
Let's set up a donation collection of some kind for Sweetie, bait masters dog.
Refer to his post, she was attacked by another dog and he is stuck with a huge bill. Anyone who knows how to do a fund collection, let's make it happen for a fellow fisherman and dog lover.

You mean  just fund the  lawsuit?,  His neighbor rents, landlords have homeowners insurance  which should pay up.  His  own homeowners insurance may even pay to have her fixed up. I know my brothers Black lab puppy was stolen and he received a settlement from his homeowners insurance company.

His post says his homeowners insurance doesn't cover dogs. I am a landlord and my liability only protects things that happen on or to my property. Going to small claims will cost as much as the vet bills.
I'm just saying if someone knows how to set up a paypal or some account. Let's help a brother out. A few bucks from some good folks will go a long way.
