Advise needed

Nothing fancy but it was my wife grandpa and I'd like to get it fixed but not sure where to go. Any suggestions welcome. Thanks in advance

I have no specific suggestions but I've seen some amazing work done by clock repair shops.

I have my grand parents old livingroom clock, doesn't work anymore, maybe I should take my own suggestion to heart and get it running.

Maybe be get another non-working one from ebay and salvage the part?

I stumbled into a clock repair shop in Dublin, a little bit of drive from san jose. I do not know the owner. And I have wondered how the shop survived so long. I remember they have quite a few classic clock and mechanical watches. Google Dublin clock shop if you want to check them out.

There is a small clock shop on el Camino in san Mateo/Belmont.  Drive by it all the time.  It looks like the type of place that would repair old specialty clocks.
