Kiln ? Welder ?

Does anyone here have a small jewelry/enamel kiln? I'd like to precipitation heat treat some 17-4 stainless to be used as gaff hooks. Used kilns are cheap enough, but I doubt that I'd use it more than once or twice a year. Not really worth the bother of purchasing a used unit.

Also, can anyone recommend a good aluminum welder on the Peninsula, Sili Valley area. I need 4 racks welded up for the Alan Tani mothership project. Metal will be fully prepped, and we're looking at less than an hour of TIG time. I'm looking for someone that can do cosmetically perfect welding, not necessarily the lowest priced.

This is the guy that I've had do aluminum welding for me.  If it's not a big job, he has often done it while I've waited if I give him advance notice.  He does a nice job cosmeticaly.
