The Dicks in Lodi

In case any of the valley folk are interested. The new Dick's Sporting Goods in Lodi opens on Friday. It's off hwy 99 next to Costco.

They have a discount coupon in the Sac Bee.

It couldn't have been me. I was out fishing today so I was being a dick in Lodi! The store in right in my back yard but meh...not a huge Dicks fan and their prices are pretty high even for retail.

Stopped by on my way home from work. This was my first time to visit a DSG. Looks nice and new with lots of stuff I don't need. Prices seemed a bit high like Brian mentioned.

Cruised through, looked and bought nothing.

I suppose it's good to have a place to stop at for those last minute items.

I worked as a department manager for them in Utah for 2 years while I was guiding fly fishing.... Keep faith in them, as much as I hated the corporate life and working for them, I still own the CHEAPEST deals I've ever owned on fishing / golf and snowboard gear...

It's a new store, once their inventory gets Old, get your butt in there... 75% off sales are not uncommon!!!! This usually happens February and August every year at the end of the semester when new product is ordered or old product is replenished.. Seriously I've found Abu Garcia 6500 reels for $30 fly rods that are $400 for $100... You get the point...

Crappy company to work for, but way better then any big box company (other then cabelas) for their deals, when you can find em...

Their Eagle Talon 12 is a great beginner yak btw at a
Good price point. (Seen it at $359 before with seat and anchor)
