Yeah, I'm OK with my decision not to paddle Boca - from the weather report, it looks like I would have been blown off the lake a little after 9AM anyway. I hit up Collins Lake instead, and while I did get blown off the water there, it wasn't until after noon . . . and I brought home a chubby & clean 3# rainbow.
I'll get up to Boca sooner rather than later . . .

It was windy! That's why I opted out.

The inlet at the Little Truckee river is special regs, basically any moving water in that area. It's easy to avoid though.
