Having problems with a Elite 4 with Chirp.  Third trip and it keeps turning off.  It restarts each time and runs for a few minutes before turning off.  First two trips, no problems.  Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

How old is the battery?  Corrosion on the connectors?  Have you uploaded the latest operating software?  Free to do off lowrance web site.

Battery is new and no corrosion on connectors.  I haven't downloaded any updates but will attempt to do so.  Thanks for the suggestions.

Generally that is a situation I've encountered due to poor voltage & amperage: old battery, corrosion, poor quality wiring connectors or solder joint.  If you continue to encounter it, I'd reach out to Lowrance tech support for further help.
