Howdy all!

Its been a while since I've visited the board. I tweaked my back pretty good about six months ago and haven't been doing much fishing since then. Especially off a yak. Loading my yak on top of my gti is damn near impossible still...

Anyways, I hit the shoreline of coyote around 700. Caught a few 1-2 pound fish on a fluke. Swithed to a hula grub and caught a couple more.

The heat picks up and I start thinking about what I'm going to order at Sonic's by 1030. Swithed to a split shot rigged baby brush hog and laid into this ol girl on the second cast.

That 20 inch fish is my best for the year and put up one heck of a fight on 8# spinning gear.

Called it a day not too long after that. Bite really died once it got real hot and the wake boarders hit the lake. But it was a great morning out. Thanks for reading and good luck to all.
