Take a FII free diving class with Kris Cortez or Matt Lopez with Red Triangle Spearfishing and you'll learn to do all the above and do it safely.

yeah all true, but the funny thing is even when it's pretty crappy like a few days ago, I always am happy that I chose to jump in. Maybe if I were a better H&L fisherman, I'd wish I were dry up in my yak. And the day I catch a honkin salmon from my yak I'll probably be sold!

I wish I could get new lungs so I could go back under.... Pneumonia scarring, Asthma, COPD.... I'm still lucky, I can paddle like mad without an oxygen bottle so far...  Love love love the Vids though.... I could sit in front of the bay tank all day at Mont aquarium....
