freddie, I know you would have stayed till you got fish or they kicked you off the lake.

I thought about that as I coasted into the launch ramp, but there is only one savage...

jtf, they might only be trout, but if you limit yourself to trolling, it keeps you in shape a bit for the coming season,   :smt001

I know its good exercise John, I used to be an avid trout fisherman years ago and had a good working knowledge of lures that worked for them.  My frustration now is these bay area lakes and all the lures that I've never used.  My old lures do nothing for me here.  Damn these trout.

I want to try trolling grubs with some scent/jelly off a downrigger.
