The expedition lines offer a means of holding onto the slippery boat whilst swimming. Obviously, an anchor trolley can help with this.

Hmmmm,   I've never been able to teach my Raptor to flip.   :smt003

OK, Jim; I've seen the video of you flipping a Raptor deliberately. Yes, it looks like it is very hard to do, but not impossible. I really liked the flip-back technique of crossing arms, grabbing the rear handles, and un-crossing the arms. A rear "ladder climb" also looks reasonable.
Warning! Retiree; Knows it all and has plenty of time to tell you about it.

I have an AI which the main body is the same as revo 16. 50% of the time I will use the main body only. My experience is, flip the revo 16 is not hard. When the yak turtles, I climb over the yak to reach the other side handle. Then I use body weight to pull back to right the yak. Like you said, then climb in is no big deal. Try this next time. I have not tried, with full AMAs flip an AI could be very hard.  :smt003 So if the condition is surf launch/landing, I use the main yak only.

I have an Outback, which is pretty wide in the middle and has high sides. I do basically what Fahrenheit840 posted with a twist. For me, it's easier to swim towards the bow or stern where it's narrow enough that I can reach over the top, grab the opposite gunwale and use my body weight to flip it upright as I slide back into the water.

I have a Big Tuna and when I uprighted it on the lake I just pushed the gunwal up and it popped on over, I have good upper body strength from packing trash for 17 yrs, when I took a swim in the ocean the boat stayed upright and I rolled off so haven't tried it in the waves yet..... Guess I should with a few friends  on the water just in incase.

What he said, but for the Outback.

But I am 6'2" with a set of extra long arms and a history as a water polo goalie.

Just in case, I keep an assist ladder in one of the gear pockets.  Three feet long, ends in a loop through an 8" piece of 3/4" PVC, attached to one of the carry handles with a larks head knot.  When yak flips, swim to side with handle,  pull handle out and toss over yak.  Swim to other side and pull on handle.  Voila!  Yak flips over with minimal effort.  Then use assist ladder for one foot to get back in yak.
Fish laugh when I paddle by.  Sometimes they laugh so hard they fall on my hook.

Climb on the upside down yak, grab the opposite side, fall off again, it will flip over. I found this to be the easiest way.  Im not a hobie owner, but i don't see why it wouldn't work...

Thats how i learned and practiced to right side my kayak. I dont see why its funny how i explained it. If youre confused, watch the video.      It works for me, and if god forbid i ever have an incident otw, thats the technique ill be using.

Well in my warped mine I pictured you sitting on an upside down yak, so yes I would find that humorous.
