Thanks Folks! I'm trying to be not so new, but in the odd case if I make a silly statement and or ask a stupid question, I apologize ahead of time. Whats's everyone up to this weekend? I'm hopefully going to get out on the water off Marin some time,  Muir, Bolinas, or Stinson are probably going to be my possibilities. What say you guys?

This is a good resource.  It means there won't be a lot of people out in kayaks this weekend for safety reasons:

inland lakes are the ticket this weekend.... 10 feet at 14 seconds IS an invitation to stay on land unless your riding a surf board :surf
my new name should be Ostridge. Got my head in the sand. Going fishing and letting go of the other stuff I can't control anyway!

Hey There! If it isnt too windy you could hit Tomales bay. To early for consistant Halibut but you never know what you will get when you drift some live bait there. plus if your in San Anselmo your like a 30 minute drive to get there. and then there is always Paradise, there has to some butt action there by now! good luck and tight lines. Look for the "hook-up" posts. you wont be a wanna be if you get out there and try. Hell, most of us just want to fish!!!

Thanks for the responses! I need to learn to read the swell better. Thought it was only going to be 5-8' @ 14 seconds. Paradise that's an idea. All good info. Thank you!
