Hi everyone, Im planning on heading out to berryessa this weekend and was wondering if they do inspections on kayaks there. I went out to San Luis reservoir a couple weeks ago and almostwasn't able to launch due to the hull having a little water that didn't dry out from flipping the yak in my pool to practice self rescue but luckily had video to prove it and they let me launch. Kayak is dry and clean now but was just curious if they do. Thanks

No inspections are done at Berryessa
"Pedo Viejo" is what Antonio called me.

look at it this way, whether they do or don`t be prepared..I`ve never been inspected at Markley Cove that`s all I can say  , but that doesn`t mean it cant happen..have a safe trip, have fun   :smt006 :smt001

The severity of inspections are different lake-to-lake in CA.

You need to download the self inspection form.  I believe you can Google "quagga mussels self inspection for Lake berryessa" and find it that way. I would fill it out completely.  You can be fined if you dont. Put it on your dash.
