Fish laugh when I paddle by.  Sometimes they laugh so hard they fall on my hook.

The 2.5 -4 oz bullets and 3 -4 oz shad heads are a 8/0 mustad with duratin plating. (34184 and 91715 model I think) The smaller shad heads up to 2.5 oz are a 7/0 hook same shape and plating. I just got another big box of hooks so I'm good to go

I use the Mustad black nickel (extra sharp and they hurt) hooks when I do jig heads. Part # 32786BLN 8/0 I have not had as good of luck with the Duratin. I usually build 300 at a time, but am super low on lead now.

Best hooks to use right there!! I hate to be a snob but I won't buy anything without mustad, gama, or owner black nickel hooks.. Seem to last forever and remain sharp!
