Santa Cruz Harbor entrance closed - no vessels

Yes was out Saturday when I got shut down . I was in and out it was a bit scath. I pulled it off like a pro! Bummer all the same I beach launch off over there and was told i was not allowed but that you can launch buy that point where the little inlit is I made sum launches off the pear as well get there in the dark and walk it down to the beach but you know how it is the man don't want us to fish!
