 Fellas!

Thank you all for your suggestions and comments! I had no idea the fishing community was this connected. I am officially hooked on this club and will be posting many more fishing reports, videos and pictures soon to come.
I only got my 2012 hobie 2 months ago so i am obviously not 100% prepared with all the proper gear just yet. I am grateful some of you pointed out, me without my life vest. I WILL have it on at all time when OTW for now on. That is definitely appreciated.

I am always down to meet up with fellow anglers and try fishing new areas. I live on alameda island in the bay area and I am kinda new to the area so meeting some new fishing buds would be awesome! thanks again guys!

Keep an eye on the Hook Up's section, keep fishing, and post reports.  We all love fishing pictures!

One of the best ways to give back on this site is to do exactly that!  We love seeing your success, failures, and hearing stories and seeing fish porn  :smt044  We need to bring back the ARW Butt Hunt!!! :smt003

I loved the ARW halibut tourney!! we need to definitely bring that back. When i was a noob, ChuckiE killed i with three HUGE BUTTS off the bat. hahaha
I quickly realize i was fishing with some OG's here and needed to bring up my game. :smt005 :smt005

Tacos in the net!  Care to describe your trolling set up?
I think he missed this question...I'll take the liberty of filling in the blank.
We used three way dropper rigs. 3 oz weight 20" or so beneath the three way swivel. 15" to a 3/0 Sepps purple and chrome dodger, 24" liter to an octopus hook rigged up with a green 4" swim bait (think his was a big hammer)

Dang, it was on an artificial to boot!?  That's awesome!!!  I think it was the first ARW event that someone won the event trolling a broke back rebel!

Hey Weston,

I'm in Alameda too (aka, the "Isle of Style") and am also a Revo 16 user.  Me and my cuz go out, so let's try to stay in touch on this for future trips.
