In Santa Rosa.
I removed my plastic cover from over my 2 20 Lb propane tanks on my travel trailer because it didn't have a opening at the top.  I guess you can cut one in, but I just replaced it.  It looks like this http://www.etrailer.com/Covers/Camco/CAM40523.html but DOES NOT HAVE THE TOP OPENING TO GET TO VALVES.  Other than that, it is in good shape for the price.  Pick up in Santa Rosa, Fountain Grove area.  Too good to toss out.  Send PM
